The Challenge
Most people have used an AI chat window, but very few have built something reusable with it. They still retype the same instructions every week for reports, summaries, follow-ups, emails, proposals, and routine tasks.
This 90-minute hands-on workshop is designed to help participants move from simply using AI to building reusable AI workflows that can support real work.
What You'll Learn
- How to build a reusable AI Skill
- How to connect a live data source
- What plug-ins are and when to use them
- How to combine a Skill, connector, and trigger into one workflow
- How to automate one repetitive task from your own work
Session Details
MQA Skills and Sockets is a fully hands-on build-along workshop. Participants must bring a laptop and one repetitive task or business problem from their own work. During the session, they will build a reusable AI Skill, connect a live data source, understand plug-ins, and create one working workflow before they leave.
- The session will be demonstrated on Claude Cowork, but participants may use any AI tool they already prefer.
- 90-minute hands-on workshop
- Laptop mandatory
- Beginner-friendly for AI users, but not an intro-to-AI talk
- Limited to 50 participants

Why Attend
This workshop is for anyone who does the same task every week and wants to stop rebuilding it manually. Instead of watching a presentation, participants will build with their own laptop, their own task, and their own AI account. The goal is simple: bring one repetitive task and leave with a working AI-powered workflow.
